2. Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights legislation, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at sales@rockmountain.eu within 14 days of delivery.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• All tags and labels must remain attached
• Proof of purchase is required

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items worn, used, or damaged by the customer
• Customised or personalised products
• Items returned outside the 14-day cancellation period

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
