What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For Ireland we use: AN POST - or National/ International COURIERS depending on the location.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At Present we ship to the following:  Ireland - Germany - Sweden.

If you're outside these countries, please contact us for a direct quote.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

In most cases we strive to ship next day if the stock is here in Dublin. If the product is in our German or Swedish Stock, we aim to deliver 3-10 days depending on your location. If you need the product within a certain date, please call us first, so we can check the stock and advice.

 

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

At the moment we accept the following payments: Credit and Debit cards through: Stripe or PayPal. We also accept payment to our Revolut Irish Bank Account. In some cases we allow payment by COD. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We use Secure Gateway by Stripe, PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer to our Revolut account. All transactions are encrypted to highest standard and we do not record to store your payment details. We only record and store your name, email and shipping address to be able to process your orders. You can always request to delete your account and information be contacting us.

How do I place an Order?

You can easily place an order online or by calling us. All orders have to be paid in advance to shipping.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you change your mind or made a mistake, please contact us right away, this will save you from returning the product later and pay for shipping and return shipping. No Shipping cost is refundable, unless we shipped the wrong product. All Products  and the quality is checked and photographed by use before shipping.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can please an order as a Guest if you do not want to register and open a free account with us, however you will miss out on great weekly discounts which is only sent to our registered customers.

How Do I Track My Order?

All Tracking numbers will be added to the invoice and shipping documents. You can also get the tracking info by login into your account. Should you have any questions, or do not find the tracking numbers, please contact us.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you like to return a product that was purchased and received within 14 days, please contact us online by login in to your account and request a return authorization. Do not return the product if: The product has been used, tags removed or tampered with, do not have the original packaging, or is outside our 14 day easy return rights unless authorized by us. If you return a product without Authorization number, it will be refused and returned.
