At Rockmountain Equestrian, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. In compliance with GDPR regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we offer a 14-day return policy for all purchases made within EU member states.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to return by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

3. Conditions for Return

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods if the product has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to assess its condition, characteristics, or functionality.

4. Return Procedure

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.
• The item must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

• We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.
• In the event of defective or incorrect items, Rockmountain Equestrian will also cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right to withdraw does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Any personal data collected during the return process will only be used for processing your return and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
